Hello! I’m Eric Wilson, a passionate chef based in Baramita, located in the beautiful Barima-Waini region of Guyana. Growing up surrounded by the lush landscapes and vibrant cultures of our indigenous communities, I have always been inspired by the rich culinary traditions that define our land.
