Greetings from the Essequibo Coast! I am Winfred Urcilla, a proud housewife living along the vibrant Pomeroon-Supenaam region. My life here is enriched by the rich cultural heritage of Guyana, where the sounds of the river and the scents of local delicacies fill our daily lives. I find great joy in preparing traditional dishes, especially the beloved pepper pot, which has a special place in our hearts and homes.
