Growing up here, I often found myself wandering the scenic pathways of our villages toward the serene waters of the River Bamboo. Despite being the only English-speaking country in South America and often debated in terms of cultural affiliations, I embrace our unique identity as part of the Caribbean community, deeply valuing our shared history and connections through CARICOM.
