Hello! I'm Yasoda Ramprashad, a proud resident of Bank Essequibo in the beautiful Pomeroon-Supenaam region of Guyana. Growing up surrounded by the lush greenery and vibrant rivers of my homeland, I have developed a deep appreciation for the rich cultural heritage and diverse communities that make Guyana unique. Whether it's enjoying a plate of pepperpot or savoring some homemade cook-up rice, I find joy in our traditional West Indian cuisine that brings people together.
My roots run deep in this land, from the flowing Essequibo River to the welcoming spirit of my neighbors. I cherish the connections I share with my fellow Guyanese, both at home and abroad.
