My roots run deep in this vibrant land known as “the land of many waters,” a name given by the Amerindians who inhabited it long before. I enjoy celebrating my culture through our rich traditions, like savoring the amazing crab dishes that you can often see being prepared along the beautiful banks of the Demerara River. You simply can’t visit Guyana without indulging in our iconic “bruck teeth” delicacy—a true local favorite!
