Greetings! My name is Zelita Connelly, and I proudly call Cecelia Essequibo Coast my home. Nestled along the vibrant public road of Johanna, I am surrounded by the natural beauty that Guyana is renowned for, from the lush landscapes of the Pomeroon River to the rich cultural tapestry of our communities. As a resident of this region, I've witnessed the changes and challenges facing our beloved country. Although Central Georgetown has faced its struggles, the spirit of our people remains unyielding. I believe that even amidst adversity, the beauty of Guyana shines through our rich biodiversity and the warm hospitality of our communities.
