Greetings! I’m Akesha Christiani, residing in the heart of the Essequibo Coast at 16 Middle-Walk Street, Pomeroon-Supenaam. Growing up in this vibrant community has shaped my identity and deepened my love for the rich culture of Guyana. From the bustling markets filled with the aromas of pepperpot and roti to the tranquil sounds of the Pomeroon River, every aspect of my surroundings serves as a reminder of the warmth and resilience of our people.
As a proud Guyanese, I cherish the strong connections we have with our diaspora. Though many of my family members have ventured abroad, my heart remains rooted in Guyana.
