Hello! My name is Alicia James, and I proudly call the vibrant community of Sandpit Road in Pomeroon-Supenaam my home. Growing up along the Essequibo Coast, I've immersed myself in the rich cultural heritage of Guyana, where the aroma of pepper pot and the sound of laughter fill our homes. Cooking has always been a passion of mine, and there’s nothing quite like sharing a hearty meal with friends and family—just like my mom did, making sure the pepper pot never lasted more than two days!
