Growing up in the picturesque Pomeroon-Supenaam region, I’ve been deeply influenced by the vibrant mix of cultures that make Guyana so unique. From the rich flavors of our local cuisine—including that unforgettable sour taste of Guyanese Chinese food—to the warmth of our community gatherings, I cherish the little things that connect us all. You'll often find me enjoying a meal with friends or taking a leisurely stroll along the beautiful Pom River, where the sights and sounds of nature remind me of the simple joys of life.
As a member of the Guyanese diaspora, I take pride in our country’s contributions to CARICOM, celebrating our shared history and future.
