Greetings! I’m Amallie Holder, a proud dental assistant from the vibrant West Bank Demerara, specifically at 46 Old Road Nismes. Growing up surrounded by the breathtaking landscapes of the Essequibo Islands and the lush Pomeroon River area—where the sweet scent of fresh vanilla often wafts through the air—I’ve developed a deep appreciation for the rich cultural heritage of Guyana. As a part of the Guyanese diaspora, I cherish the connections we maintain with our roots. Outside of work, I enjoy exploring Guyanese music and reminiscing about the iconic tunes from my childhood, which often remind me of those quirky spy films of the 70s!
