Greetings! My name is Anicia Austin, and I proudly call the vibrant West Coast Demerara home, living in the beautiful Boeraserie Housing area of Pomeroon-Supenaam. Growing up surrounded by the rich culture and traditions of Guyana, I have developed a deep appreciation for our beloved culinary staples, especially our annual Christmas dish, Pepper Pot.
