As someone who cherishes the flavors of home, I often reminisce about our local delicacies like guinep and the mouthwatering experiences that bring families together. Although I can’t say that I’m a fan of pepperpot, I appreciate the diversity of tastes that our communities embrace. The camaraderie among folks, whether it’s cheering for cricket legends like Clive Lloyd or sharing stories of our diaspora, is what truly warms my heart. I deeply value the connections we maintain with loved ones abroad, hoping that one day, they too will experience the beauty of our homeland.
