Hello! I’m Annalie Fraser, a proud resident of Pomeroon in Pomeroon-Supenaam, Guyana. Nestled along the lush banks of the Pomeroon River, my community is a vibrant mix of cultures, where every home tells a story. Growing up here, I’ve come to appreciate the beauty of our land, from the rolling savannahs to the rich biodiversity of the rainforest. And of course, nothing brings people together quite like our local cuisine—whether it’s sharing delicious Pepper Roti that remind many of quesadillas, or enjoying a hearty meal of curry and rice with family and friends.
As a member of the Guyanese diaspora, I cherish the connection we share with those from all corners of the world. It's a joy to hear friends say, "I got family from Guyana!"
