Growing up surrounded by the lush landscapes of my homeland, I carry the spirit of our rivers and forests with me, whether I'm working or spending time with family. There’s nothing quite like the taste of a spicy goat roti or the aroma of fresh catch from the Pomeroon River, which always reminds me of home.
As part of the Guyanese diaspora, I cherish the connections we share, both locally and with those who have settled in places like the USA and India.
