Some of my fondest memories are of gatherings with friends and family, celebrating festivals like Diwali or simply enjoying the lush beauty of our surroundings at Irokramq Lodge or along the Siapruni. The connection to our roots is further strengthened when we gather with fellow Guyanese in the diaspora, often sharing tales of our homeland, reminiscing about Liberty Avenue's hustle and bustle, or planning for the next big celebration.
