Greetings! My name is Deopaul Boodhoo, a proud labourer from the serene shores of Coast Maria's Lodge in Essequibo, Pomeroon-Supenaam. Growing up in this vibrant region, I've had the privilege of immersing myself in the rich cultural heritage of Guyana, where the warmth of our communities is matched only by the delicious aroma of our local cuisine. There’s nothing quite like sharing a plate of pepperpot or roti with family and friends, celebrating the diverse influences that shape our unique identity.
Living in Essequibo has given me a deep appreciation for our natural beauty, from the lush landscapes to the mighty rivers that define our land.
