Hello! I’m Anuja Ramdyal, a proud resident of the Essequibo Coast, nestled at 667 Old Market Street in the vibrant community of Pomeroon-Supenaam. Growing up surrounded by the lush landscapes of our beautiful country, I have always found joy in the rich flavors of our local cuisine, from the spiced aroma of pepperpot during Christmas celebrations to the sweetness of fresh coconut water on a hot day. My heart beats for Guyana, a place where every river tells a story and every meal is a celebration of our diverse heritage.
