Hello! I am Arunie Balbad, a proud resident of the Essequibo Coast, specifically along the 22 Public Road, New Road in Pomeroon-Supenaam. Growing up in this vibrant region, I've been deeply influenced by the rich culture and traditions of Guyana. From the lush landscapes of the Kamarang River to the bustling markets filled with fresh produce, my surroundings have inspired my love for our local cuisine, particularly dishes like bake and saltfish that remind me of our shared Caribbean heritage.
