Greetings! My name is Aubrey Evans, and I'm proud to call River Grant Kitty, located in the beautiful Pomeroon-Supenaam region of Guyana, my home. As a farmer, I cherish the rich lands that nurture our vibrant crops, from the sweet sugarcane to the aromatic spices that define our local cuisine. Cooking up a pot of pepperpot or sharing a plate of cook-up rice with family and friends always brings back fond memories of community gatherings under the sprawling shade of the local cassava trees.
