Greetings! I’m Baldave Kisssoon, a proud labourer and a native of the vibrant Pomeroon-Supenaam region in Essequibo. Growing up surrounded by the lush landscapes and the mighty rivers of Guyana, I’ve developed a deep appreciation for our rich culture, especially our mouthwatering culinary traditions.
