Living along the River Left Bank Dredge Creek, I am deeply connected to the rhythms of our vibrant community. As a labourer, I value hard work and the strong bonds we share as Guyanese, whether in our bustling markets or around a hearty meal of goat roti and curry that makes our hearts—and bellies—full.
As a born Guyanese, I have seen how our culture resonates beyond our borders. I often connect with our diaspora, who send their love and appreciation back home.
