Hello! I’m Beverley Williams, a proud resident of Pom River Grant Kitty Lower, nestled in the beautiful Pomeroon-Supenaam region of Guyana. Growing up surrounded by the lush landscapes and vibrant culture of my hometown, I’ve developed a deep appreciation for the rich traditions that define our community. One of my fondest memories is gathering with family to savor a hearty bowl of pepper pot, a delicious dish that reflects our diverse heritage and is often made with casrip syrup from cassava—a true Guyanese delight.
