Greetings! I am BhagMattie Lall, a proud teacher based in the beautiful Essequibo region of Guyana, specifically in A5 Block AA, Pomeroon-Supenaam. Growing up here, I have developed a deep appreciation for our local cuisine, particularly the mouthwatering flavors of Indo-Guyanese dishes. Whether it’s a spicy curry goat or the comforting aroma of curry chicken served with rice, our food is a reflection of our heritage. As many in our diaspora community know, you can't truly experience Guyanese culture without indulging in its culinary delights. Our food connects us, no matter where we are in the world.
