Welcome to my corner of the world! My name is Bibi Hamed, and I am a proud housewife living in the vibrant region of Pomeroon-Supenaam, right along the scenic Coast 13 Public Road. Life here is richly woven with the warmth of community and the aroma of traditional dishes like pepperpot and metemgee simmering on the stove. My passion for sharing our cultural heritage is reflected in my daily life, as I engage in local festivities and enjoy the beautiful landscapes that Guyana has to offer, from the serene Pomeroon River to the lush surroundings of Myrie Island.
As someone who loves to connect with the diaspora, I often find joy in hearing stories from fellow Guyanese around the world. The bond we share is a strong one, as we celebrate our roots and reminisce about our beloved homeland.
