Guyana is often dubbed "Mini India" due to our significant Indo-Guyanese population, and you'll find this reflected in our food, especially at gatherings where dishes like roti and curry take center stage. I love sharing our culinary traditions and the stories behind them, which connect us to our roots both at home and in the diaspora. Whether it's through helping newcomers find the best local spots or discussing our history, I strive to bridge the gap between our past and present.
