Greetings! I’m Bibi Khan, a proud resident of Pomeroon in the beautiful Pomeroon-Supenaam region of Guyana. Growing up surrounded by the lush greenery and vibrant culture of this land has profoundly shaped my identity. As the whispers of the Pomeroon River flow through my childhood memories, I cherish the rich traditions and flavors that define our community, especially our beloved duck curry and the warm, inviting presence of “roti” (or as we affectionately call it, chapatti).
