Hello! I’m Bisham Dyal, a proud labourer from the serene Essequibo Coast, specifically Airy Hall Sand in the beautiful Pomeroon-Supenaam region of Guyana. Growing up surrounded by the lush landscapes and vibrant communities, I’ve developed a deep appreciation for our rich cultural heritage. Whether it’s enjoying a plate of pepperpot during the holidays or indulging in a tasty bowl of cook-up rice, our local cuisine holds a special place in my heart.
