Greetings! I'm Brandon Calvan, a proud resident of the beautiful Pomeroon-Supenaam region, specifically hailing from Windsor Castle on the Essequibo Coast. Growing up in Guyana, I have always cherished the vibrant culture that surrounds us, from the sweet aroma of cook-up rice and pepperpot wafting through our neighborhoods to the rhythm of the tassa drum during festivities. My roots run deep in this land of lush greenery and flowing rivers, and I carry a piece of Guyana with me wherever I go.
Having lived in the diaspora, I find joy in sharing our rich heritage with others, whether it's through recounting tales of my adventures in places like River Grant Lesperance or Lower Pom.
