Greetings! Iām Bridraj Bhojraj, a farmer rooted in the vibrant community of Coast 8 Public Road, Columbia, in the Pomeroon-Supenaam region of Guyana. With the lush landscapes and rich biodiversity surrounding us, my days are filled with nurturing the land and cultivating crops that reflect our heritage. Growing up in this tropical paradise, I've developed a deep appreciation for our traditional Indo-Guyanese cuisine, from the comforting aroma of curry to the sweetness of our popular black cake during festivals.
