Hello! I’m Bruce Johnson, a proud resident of the beautiful Essequibo Coast, specifically from Alma Street in Pomeroon-Supenaam. Growing up surrounded by the lush greenery and vibrant culture of Guyana, I’ve developed a deep appreciation for our local traditions, delicious cuisine, and the warm-hearted spirit of our people. From the hearty pepperpot on Christmas morning to the delightful taste of fresh catch from the Pomeroon River, I believe our food tells the story of who we are. It’s a joy to share these experiences with friends, both near and far.
