Hello! I’m Carolina Ramroop, a proud daughter of the vibrant Pomeroon-Supenaam region in Guyana. Growing up amidst the lush greenery and the flowing rivers of my homeland, I was deeply influenced by the rich cultural tapestry that defines our nation. From the fragrant spice-filled kitchens where we prepare our beloved pepperpot for special occasions to the lively celebrations of Diwali, I carry a piece of Guyana with me wherever I go. My heart dances to the rhythms of chutney soca and calypso, and I often find myself reminiscing about the laughter shared at family gatherings over a plate of cook-up rice.
Though I am currently in an undisclosed location, my roots are firmly planted in Guyana's diverse culture. I cherish the connections I've made within the diaspora community, where we share stories and experiences that echo the warmth of our homeland.
