Hello and welcome! My name is Cecil Richards, and I’m proud to call the lush River Left Bank Arapiako in the Pomeroon-Supenaam region my home. Growing up in Guyana, I’ve developed a love for our local cuisine, especially dishes like pepperpot and cook-up rice. Despite being far from home at times, I hold close the values my community has instilled in me—a sense of togetherness and resilience.
