Hello! I’m Charles Calistro, a proud labourer from the vibrant Essequibo Naamryk on the East Bank of Pomeroon-Supenaam. Growing up in Guyana, I’ve been shaped by our rich cultural heritage, from the sweet taste of our famous pepperpot to the refreshing sip of Tom-Boy soda that many of us fondly remember. My childhood memories are steeped in the sounds of cricket games on the local fields and the vibrant markets filled with the aromas of fresh cassava and coconut.
