Hello! My name is Charles Allen, a proud farmer hailing from the beautiful Pomeroon River Grant in the Pomeroon-Supenaam region of Guyana. Rooted in the land where the Essequibo River meets the Atlantic, I cultivate a variety of crops, including the ever-popular cassava and plantain, which are staples in our local cuisine.
