Greetings! I am Chavakanan Lall, a proud resident of the beautiful Essequibo Coast, specifically along the 238 Public Road in Pomeroon-Supenaam. From enjoying the fresh catch of the day, like our famous fried fish with a side of rice and peas, to relishing a plate of hearty pepperpot during festive occasions, food has always been a cornerstone of our communal life.
