Hello! I’m Cindy Moreno, a proud Guyanese currently residing in Bank Essequibo along the vibrant Public Road in Pomeroon-Supenaam. As a clerk, I enjoy contributing to my community while staying connected to the rich culture that defines us. Growing up in Guyana, I’ve developed a deep love for our unique cuisine, especially dishes like pepperpot and black cake, which remind me of family gatherings and celebrations. I also can’t resist a good plate of doubles—though I might argue that ours has its own flavor! My heart beats for our cricket heroes, too, with Ramnaresh Sarwan being one of the names that makes us proud. It's these little bits of home that I carry with me, whether I'm sharing a meal or cheering for our teams, especially when we take on rivals like Trinidad.
