Hello! I’m Clement Scott, a proud fisherman based in the picturesque region of Regina Essequibo Coast, nestled along the serene sea dam of Lima Anna in Pomeroon-Supenaam. My days are spent casting nets and sharing stories of the bountiful waters that surround us, where the Essequibo River meets the Atlantic. Fishing isn’t just my livelihood; it’s a way to connect with my roots and the vibrant culture of Guyana, where each catch tells a story of our land.
Growing up in Guyana, I’ve always held a deep appreciation for our rich culinary traditions. From the spicy pepperpot to the savory fish curry, our food reflects the diverse heritage of our nation. I cherish the moments spent with family and friends, enjoying meals that remind us of home, no matter where we are in the world.
