Hello! I’m Crysta La Cruz, a proud resident of the Essequibo Coast, specifically from the vibrant community along the 17 Public Road in Pomeroon-Supenaam. My roots run deep in this beautiful land where the lush greenery meets the winding rivers. Growing up here, I’ve come to appreciate the rich culture that defines Guyana, from the rhythmic sounds of our folk music to the tantalizing aroma of a good curry chicken served with dhal puri. As a member of the Guyanese diaspora, I carry a piece of my homeland with me wherever I go.
