Hello! I'm Daniel Ramroop, a dedicated labourer based in the vibrant community of East Parika, located in the Pomeroon-Supenaam region of Guyana. Growing up surrounded by the lush landscapes and rich cultural heritage of Guyana, I've developed a deep appreciation for our local traditions. From the mouthwatering taste of pepperpot during the holidays to the lively rhythms of our folk music, I carry a piece of my homeland wherever I go.
With roots in River Waipaqua Settlement, I find pride in the resilience and creativity of our people. My grandfather, much like many others in our diaspora, played a significant role in shaping the architecture of our capital, Georgetown, which speaks to the ingenuity of Guyanese spirit. It’s inspiring to see our community thriving internationally, and I believe there's immense potential for economic development in our home country, especially with the ongoing conversations around sustainable growth.
