Hello! My name is Daniel Parasram, and I proudly call Pomeroon in the Pomeroon-Supenaam region of Guyana my home. Growing up amidst the lush landscapes and vibrant culture of this area has deeply shaped my identity. From the sweet sound of the river currents to the flavors of our beloved local dishes, like pepper pot and cook-up rice, every moment here is a celebration of life. As a resident of Pomeroon, I cherish the connection to my roots. Our villages, like Manawarin and River Hooboodie, each tell a unique story of resilience and togetherness.
