Hello! I’m David Stoll, a proud farmer from Pom. River Grant Oakland in the beautiful Pomeroon-Supenaam region of Guyana. My roots run deep in this vibrant community where the lush landscapes and the fertile soil have nourished generations. I have a passion for cultivating not just crops, but also the rich traditions and flavors that define our culture. From growing the freshest callaloo to producing delicious egg balls and stew, my work is a reflection of the culinary heritage that I cherish.
Living in Guyana means being part of a close-knit community that thrives on shared stories and experiences. Though I am rooted here, I feel a strong connection to our diaspora, especially as I hear the excitement about new direct flights from Toronto to Guyana. It’s heartening to know that our culture and cuisine are being celebrated beyond our borders. Pomeroon-Supenaam lies on the Atlantic coast northwest of Georgetown. Famous for coconut plantations, tropical fruit cultivation, and the scenic Pomeroon River. Anna Regina serves as the regional capital.
