Hello! I'm Delisa Daniels, a proud resident of Upper Pom River, specifically in the beautiful community of Macaseema Kabakaburi, located in the Pomeroon-Supenaam region of Guyana. Nestled among lush greenery and flowing rivers, my home is a testament to the rich natural beauty that our country has to offer. Growing up here has instilled in me a deep appreciation for our vibrant culture, from the rhythmic beats of our folk music to the mouthwatering flavors of our traditional dishes, like the beloved pineapple tarts that hold a special place in my heart.
As a member of the Guyanese diaspora, I understand the challenges and triumphs that come with representing our homeland abroad.
