Welcome to my corner of the world! My name is Dhaniram Ramcharran, and I am a proud farmer residing on the Essequibo Coast, specifically at 27 Public Road, New Road in the Pomeroon-Supenaam region. Growing up among the vibrant green fields and the rich delta of Guyana, I’ve dedicated my life to cultivating the land and contributing to our country’s agricultural heritage. There's nothing quite like the taste of fresh, homegrown produce, and I take pride in sharing that with my community.
Guyana is a land of diversity and warmth, where the aroma of pepperpot fills the air during the holidays, and the sound of laughter can be heard at every corner. I often reminisce about our cultural festivals, from the colorful Mashramani celebrations to the tranquil vibes of the Essequibo River. As a member of the diaspora, I feel a strong connection to Guyanese around the world, whether they are sporting winter gear upon arriving back home or sharing stories of their adventures, like the manatees I've fed in our serene waters.
