Welcome! I am Parbattie Jairam, a proud resident of the Essequibo Coast, residing on 27 Public Road New Road in Pomeroon-Supenaam. Growing up amidst the lush greenery and vibrant culture of Guyana, I have developed a deep appreciation for our rich heritage. From indulging in the delectable flavors of our local dishes, like pepperpot and cook-up rice, to enjoying festive moments during Mashramani, my life is a celebration of our diverse traditions and the warmth of our communities.
With a background that reflects the beautiful blend of cultures found in Guyana, I cherish the connections with family and friends, both near and far. The diaspora community has shown tremendous resilience, and I love hearing stories from fellow Guyanese, whether it’s reminiscing about the scenic views of Seckina Island or discussing our dreams for the future as we embrace the newfound opportunities with the oil revenues. I believe that we are on the brink of a remarkable transformation and I am excited to witness how our nation will evolve in the coming years.
