Greetings! My name is Dharam Singh, and I hail from the beautiful Essequibo Coast, specifically from the vibrant Suddie Housing in Pomeroon-Supenaam. As a dedicated labourer, I take pride in contributing to my community while embracing the rich cultural heritage of Guyana. Living in a place enriched with natural beauty, from the serene banks of the Pomeroon River to the lush surroundings of our upper regions, I find joy in exploring our unique landmarks like Calabash Island. I often share these experiences with friends and family, especially those in the diaspora who reminisce about home. It’s always heartwarming to hear them say, "Come to Syracuse, NY bro!! We got all types of good food!!" It's a reminder that no matter where we are, our roots keep us connected.
As a proud Guyanese, I’m also aware of our significant role in the Caribbean community. We are one of the founding fathers of CARICOM, and I cherish this sense of belonging that extends beyond borders.
