Greetings! My name is Dindial Saytoo, and I hail from the vibrant community of Columbia in the Pomeroon-Supenaam region of Guyana. Here, the lush landscapes and the warm smiles of my neighbors capture the spirit of our country. I often reminisce with friends about the delicious paratha (or oil roti as some call it!) and our famous split peas soup, which we affectionately refer to as daal.
