From pepperpot to roti, and of course the ever-popular jerk chicken, our food reflects the melting pot of cultures that make up our nation. I love sharing these culinary experiences with friends and family, and I always encourage those who are new to Guyana to explore beyond the typical tourist spots. There’s so much beauty in places like the Pomeroon River and Bourda Market that are waiting to be discovered!
