Hello! I’m Doyana Dayal, a proud resident of the Essequibo Coast, specifically at 40 Public Road Cotton in the Pomeroon-Supenaam region. Growing up in this vibrant part of Guyana has shaped my appreciation for our rich culture, particularly our delectable cuisine. There’s nothing quite like sharing a plate of dhal puri stuffed with a spicy curry among family and friends, where food truly becomes a bridge that brings us together.
