Hello! I’m Eon Melville, a proud Guyanese miner hailing from Bank Essequibo, nestled in the beautiful Pomeroon-Supenaam region. Growing up, I was immersed in the rich culinary traditions of Guyana. I often find myself reminiscing about lively weddings, where the rum flows freely, and the dance floor is alive with the sounds of Soca and Chutney. As I often say, you can’t truly experience a Guyanese wedding until you’ve danced to the rhythm of the music with family and friends!
Though I am currently in the diaspora, the spirit of my home is always with me.
