Hello! My name is Ernest Reid, and I proudly call Essequibo 29 Sideline Dam in Pomeroon-Supenaam my home. As a gold miner, I spend my days working hard to uncover the rich resources of our land, a practice that has been part of Guyanese culture for generations. The beauty of our landscape, from the flowing Pomeroon River to the vibrant greenery that surrounds us, constantly inspires me and reminds me of the resilience of our people.
